Because our goods are handcrafted and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has shipped.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Use the contact form below with 'Replacement' in the subject line.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Please Note
Natural variations in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
We cannot replace items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear.
Requests submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible.
